Aarau

Built in the 1970s, the Telli estate is known beyond Canton Aargau due to its size and architecture. The 50-year-old building fabric and standards no longer met today’s specifications. The major challenges involved carrying out an energy-efficient renovation without altering the architecture while the building was occupied.
