She started as an architect, continuing with a Master's degree in engineering at ETH Zurich and various internships at Harry Gugger and Gruner AG in the Swiss construction industry. The research tasks in favoured topics such as circular economy and digital technologies followed as a kind of preparation for the job at Gartenmann Engineering AG in Zurich, effective September 2023.
The objective now is to bring in the experience by promoting developments, for example using bio-based materials as a standard solution in construction and anchoring the recycling of building parts or even entire buildings instead of demolition.
Recreational time involving rock climbing sometimes leads up high, however, handicrafts and enjoying nature with friends bring her a sense of grounding.
