Daniel Zäch

Apprenticeship as a carpenter. Worked in the timber construction industry. Studied full-time at the timber technical college in Biel/Bienne, from foreman and site supervisor to timber construction technician. Interim work stages on extended trips abroad. Employed for several years in high-Alpine residential areas. After this, a foray into the world of the events industry with interim stages on various continents. This was followed by several assignments as a project manager, department head or managing director of timber construction companies. Forests and mountains provide the necessary peace and tranquillity – a counterbalance to day-to-day working life. Has worked in the field of fire protection at Gartenmann Engineering since 2016. Fire protection specialist and fire protection expert (Association of Cantonal Fire Insurance Companies).
